چکیده
We report the interplay between two different topological phases in condensed matter physics, magnetic chiral domain wall (DW), and quantum anomalous Hall (QAH) effect. show that DW driven by Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) can divide uniform into several zones where neighboring zone possesses opposite quantized conductance. The separated with a edge state (CES) be continuously modified external field-induced expansion thermal fluctuation, which gives rise to reconfigurable QAH More interestingly, we position of CES tuned spin current-driven motion. Several two-dimensional magnets high Curie temperatures large band gaps are proposed for realizing these phenomena. Our work thus reveals possibility controllable effects.

Chiral Currents in Quantum Hall
Physicists at Bielefeld University and the Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø have developed a photonic chip that makes it possible to carry out super-resolution light microscopy, also called 'nanoscopy,' with conventional microscopes. In nanoscopy, the position of single fluorescent molecules can be determined with a precision of just a few nano-meters, that is, to a millionth of a millimet...
متن کاملAnomalous spin Hall effects in Dresselhaus (110) quantum wells
Anomalous spin Hall effects that belong to the intrinsic type in Dresselhaus (110) quantum wells are discussed. For the out-of-plane spin component, antisymmetric current-induced spin polarization induces opposite spin Hall accumulation, even though there is no spin-orbit force due to Dresselhaus (110) coupling. A surprising feature of this spin Hall induction is that the spin accumulation sign...
متن کاملWhen Chiral Photons Meet Chiral Fermions: Photoinduced Anomalous Hall Effects in Weyl Semimetals.
The Weyl semimetal is characterized by three-dimensional linear band touching points called Weyl nodes. These nodes come in pairs with opposite chiralities. We show that the coupling of circularly polarized photons with these chiral electrons generates a Hall conductivity without any applied magnetic field in the plane orthogonal to the light propagation. This phenomenon comes about because wit...
متن کاملChiral damping of magnetic domain walls.
Structural symmetry breaking in magnetic materials is responsible for the existence of multiferroics, current-induced spin-orbit torques and some topological magnetic structures. In this Letter we report that the structural inversion asymmetry (SIA) gives rise to a chiral damping mechanism, which is evidenced by measuring the field-driven domain-wall (DW) motion in perpendicularly magnetized as...
متن کاملTunable inertia of chiral magnetic domain walls
The time it takes to accelerate an object from zero to a given velocity depends on the applied force and the environment. If the force ceases, it takes exactly the same time to completely decelerate. A magnetic domain wall is a topological object that has been observed to follow this behaviour. Here we show that acceleration and deceleration times of chiral Neel walls driven by current are diff...
